My Itinerary...

Here is my itinerary so you can track where I am going to be...
Wed. March 8th Leave for Amsterdam
Thur. March 9th Amsterdam/Paris, France
Fri. March 10th Paris- Eiffel Tower, Arc de Triumph, Avenue des Champs Elysees, Lourve
Sat. March 11th Paris/Versailles
Sun. March 12th Paris/Orleans- get checked in and acquainted with city
Mon. March 13th Univ. of Orleans- class in afternoon, exploring
Tues. March 14th Loire River Valley excursion- Loire Valley is known for for its many chateaux and castles. We will be going to the Chateau Chambord, built in 1519 and is the largest chateau in Loire with 440 rooms. Hope to all see the chateau where Leonardo de Vinci is buried.
Wed. March 15th Univ. of Orleans- class in morning, exploring in afternoon
Thur. March 16th Univ. of Orleans- exploring during day, class in late afternoon
Orleans is where Joan of Arc is from, there are many things there highlighting her life.
Fri. March 17th Univ. of Orleans- class in morning, travel to Paris/London
Sat. March 18th London- explore- Tower of London, Crown Jewels, St. Paul's Cathedral
Sun. March 19th London- explore
Mon. March 20th Home

The Beginning

In about 16 days, I will be traveling to Europe for a 2 week excursion with a group of students from UT Martin. We will be going to Amsterdam, France, and England. We will get to tour the amazing city of Paris, Orlean in the Loire Valley and London. We will get to see amazing works of art in the Lourve and other museums, castles and chateaus older than our country, and meet people from all around the world. We will get to experience Europe.

I love to travel!!! I have been blessed to have been able to travel a lot and have come back enriched because of my travel. Its not just about seeing amazing things, but meeting new people and getting a glimpse of different cultures.

I hope to use this blog as a way to share my experiences in France and many other journeys to come...
